1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using services provided by PT Manaira Maju Bersama ("Manaira Labs", "we", "us", or "our"), including BicaraAI, Manaira Team, Manaira Suite, and our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Manaira Labs provides AI-powered business solutions including:

  • BicaraAI: AI customer service automation platform
  • Manaira Team: Workforce management solution
  • Manaira Suite: Complete business management platform
  • Consulting Services: Custom AI development and implementation

3. Account Registration

To use certain services, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your organization

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with our systems
  • Use our services for spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
  • Use our AI services to generate harmful or illegal content

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees

Fees for our services are as specified in your subscription plan or service agreement. All fees are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method.

5.3 Refunds

Refund policies vary by service. Please refer to your specific service agreement or contact us for details.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Manaira Labs and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to our services. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store it as necessary to provide our services.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manaira Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manaira Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
